Mayflower Gulch - Colorado

I joined three people from NPC (Darren, Brent, Aleks) for an afternoon snowshoe trip to Mayflower Gulch near Leadville, Colorado.

It only took about an hour to get to the main cabins in the gulch from the trailhead and we were greeted with calm air, sunny skies, and beautiful scenery. We were hoping for more clouds at sunset, but we were still happy with the light that hit the mountain faces.
