mount rainier national park - washington July 29-31, 2010 I was excited about this trip to the famed Mount Rainier to capture the plethora of wildflowers. great sand dunes national park - colorado January 22 - 24, 2010 This marks the first winter camping trip I've done and I was excited to go on it, but a bit concerned I wouldn't stay warm enough. Despite the cold temperatures (~6F as a low) it was a trip well-worth it. |

The hike was about 1.5 miles long, but had a pretty good incline to it. Because I was out of shape and the beauty of the hike, I had to take several "photo opportunities." |
